It's the last Sunday before my exciting LAST semester in NUS 2008 begins! And then, woah.. there's was Rihana's "Umbrella" on repeat mode blasting at high volume coming from the corridor. At first I thought it was just someone's busy hand phone.. then, being the curious me, I looked out of my window.. ah ha... a neighbor downstairs getting married! Hmpf, what a contrast to self. Na, let's put that aside first.

Well, it's always nice witnessing weddings where people exchange their undying vows for each other and enjoy and suffer together. It's always nice to be the spectator. =) And just yesterday when I was at Bugis walking past a Bridal Shop showcase and the Salesman Uncle was asking me as I walked by "你要结婚吗？ (Do you want to get married?)". My immediate response to his sudden and unexpected question was " Ah? Noo.." and I quickly scurried away.

Of course I would hope get married one day, but who in the right mind would say, yeaahhh I want to and let him bug you with his Bridal sales project. Marriage is like a fairy tale to the ones OUT of it, but of course, once you get INTO it, you'll find more sweetness and as a package, the not so nice parts will be finally taken notice too. Only for the strong and prepared hearts (or weak hearts with strong support around). If all goes well in life, be blessed, I might get into it =) If not blessed, then, haa.. mal schauen.. pray hard to be blessed haa..

And seriously, that's a lousy way to start a conversation with your (non-)prospective customer.

And for once, I was in my Hwa Chong Junior College PE attire la... come on .. you're asking someone in the schooling age if she's getting married (now)? Tsk tsk.. what's the chances? Uncle, pay attention to details. Don't waste energy approaching the wrong customers. You could have just missed out the customer to hit your sales record while talking to me.

Omg.. I just saw the bride getting out of the house... she's erm... BIG.. hahaa.. naa.. it doesn't matter as long as the bridegroom loves her. Anyway, after watching them with how the bridesmaids extorting for their Ang Pows from the bridegrooms and bride man, I found that the bridesmaids are all too casually dressed.. not nice at all.. different shades of red and some even in denim jeans and skirts.. =( If I'm ever blessed, I will request my bridesmaids to be nicely dressed in a same shade of pink or angelic white etc.. haa..
